Tosin is currently a Clinical Safety Officer at a NHS organisation, ensuring that digital clinical systems meet safety standards. She is passionate about clinical safety, digital health, career development and leadership.

Her contributions to the field of Digital Health include authoring a book: 'An Introduction to Digital Nursing' and winning the prestigious Digital Health Rising Star Award in 2024. Previous experience includes being instrumental in implementing and optimising digital health solutions to improve patient outcomes as a Senior Digital Nurse Specialist.
